Emergency HVAC repair. Diagnosed failed limit switch on 80% efficiency furnace. Reset manually but tripped again during testing. Inspection revealed partially restricted return air causing high temperature rise. Replaced dirty filter and verified proper system operation after replacement.

Annual maintenance on American Standard system. Condenser coil cleaned using low-pressure wash and commercial coil cleaner to remove accumulated pollen and debris. System had reduced capacity due to restricted airflow. Post-cleaning static pressure dropped from 0.82"WC to 0.56"WC.

Repaired refrigerant leak at brazed joint on Lennox condensing unit line set at a client's property. Leak detected using electronic detector and confirmed with soap solution. Re-brazed connection using nitrogen purge, pressure tested system to 450 PSI, evacuated to 150 microns, and recharged system.

Diagnosed failed ECM blower motor on Bryant air handler in a client's residence. Motor drawing excessive amperage (3.2A vs rated 1.8A) with audible bearing noise. Installed replacement motor/module assembly and verified proper operation through all fan speeds. Air flow now measuring 385 CFM.
