Heating & Cooling Reviews

Pulled up to a home in Marietta where the homeowner had been relying on electric resistance strip heat in the air handler for the past several winters and was tired of the high utility bills it produced. Fall was the right time to make the switch before another expensive heating season started. Did a proper load calculation for the house, disconnected and bypassed the resistance strips, installed a new heat pump paired with the existing air handler, ran refrigerant lines, and programmed the thermostat for proper heat pump staging with emergency heat backup. Tested heating mode through several outdoor temperature scenarios and confirmed efficient heat delivery across the full house. Homeowner said their bills could not be worse than they had been, and they are right, they will not be.
